foxboo long overduedFINISH GRANDSLAM LIAOinitial opinions about grandslam wasnt productiv at all w talks about it being dmn siong. howevrr it was quitee t t contrary bc previous grandslams during bslc \aslc were, in faact, rathr grandslackk. so much so almost one-third of t entire platoon startd takeg statuses of some sort t eithr skip t grandslam totally, or at least 1 day etcc. tsk which made things evn worst fr t rest of us, lost of motivation, that nt evrybdy was nt gng t go through t same thing tgt. especially t frckg route march nd rvir crossg on t first day. effectively, only half walkd, nd two-thirds of that half crossdd. needless t say, ultimate whiner ttw who although complains 24\7 nonstop, walkd nd crossd nd completed t entire 4day 3night grandslam affair w ease. yaarhh lolroute march on t first day w a frckg 15kg GPMG [general purpose machine gun] was no joke, while t super unnecessary rivr crossg did manage t freeze many of us. but thr was a takeaway on t first day, we rode t CHINOOK !dmn cool laa k so we were in t open field, hideg in t vegetation as if simulateg real operations nd thn t helicoptr swoops dwn nd evrytg, i mean evrytg starts t sway nd flap nd thrash wildly, t trees tall grass nd evrytg starts flyg off nd into yr face. lol nd thn t chinook lands which we run single file into, dmn difficult t run in bc t wind t blades create are frckg strng k thn we all gt seatd nd da dadada daadada t thing lifts off woohoot choppr s one of t smoothest things t ride little turbulence whatsoevr nd blaa thn t view s amazeg bc its open at t back thr s this rush of exhilaration adrenaline bc yr nt exactly flyg in a fully covr aircraft yada but its kindaa hot inside no aircon brrt,so we chinookd -> route marchd -> rivr crossd -> route marchd finally t our objectiv thn we attkd t objectiv ovrcomed nd thn time t harbour = dig shellscrap &fire trench. stop blaa type until dmn boreddkkk fast forwardd
anyway t only interestg thing bout t shellscrap firetrench period was me nd izwan s shellscrap were t best shellscraps great shape adequate length depth woohoo nd mine, ck nd izwan s firetrench was t best also, evry instructor thn came but were full of praise laa thn aftr that they used ours t explain nd demo stuff t t whole platoon hw t operate in t firetrench etc. fulfilleg acty t be able t dig t thing, like next time you look back thn you think, hey i dug a frckg FIRE TRENCH bfore. k but t point was our camp site was right smack in t middle of a fruit bearg forest, specifically, DURIANS &RAMBUTANSzomg but dmn dangerous t durians trees sway dependg on mood nd if theyre nt happy w you BOOM they try t drop one on you. too badd non of us acty got hit save a few close calls but fresh-frm-tree durians are t bomb man xo d24 yadaa i'v nv enjoyd durians this muchh seriously. t rambutans were frckg hard t get though growg on t crown of t tallest trees z we spent like 4 hours laa throwg et sticks watr bottles filld w sand. we managed t only get say thirty throwg for 2hours until somebdy came along w balls huge enough t climb one of t shortr trees thn he jst broke off t entire branch woahh lol acty come t think of it t rambutans werent acty t nicest bc like t flesh all stick t t seed but it was juicey, nd it was OUTFIELD which made eateg durians nd rambutans orgasmic.z dmn fast, left w less thn a week bfore we fly off t tw. so much stuff t prepare evrytg dmn sian nd tw s gng t be t siongest period of aslc, t sevenday sixnight field camp &t threeday twonight navigation. phew nd im prayg hard t 4 days r&r s gng t make all t tough work worth it.acty, givn a choice t pass out nw, or pass out aftr tw, definitely no qn nwwbut blaa lol SISPEC WARRIORS W PRIDE WE WILL LEAD !dinnr \brb
