Was looking at weien's blog n his posts are sooooooooooo long.How did u even have so much time to rember those stuff.To be honest the last post took me n hour.Partialy cos i was doing other things and thinking of what actually happened :/thoughts were like jumbled upnt knowing which event came first.like writing an essay with no plan juz going on and on and onThank God for my god-pa's successful operation. The tumour was removed 70-80% and the rest have to undergo chemotherapy . Was a nervous morning and prayers do work :Drushed back to hospital after gym but he hasnt come out from ICU yet. so dint get a chance to see him. Rushed to jap class n made it in time. Gym was sucky today. i slcked on str training. but my 2.4 timing improved again. Looks like it will only get better. However i was adviced not to run 2.4 everyday cos have to let the body rest. so i probably alternate between str and cardio everyday.
So i presume 3 people are following me on 9th april haha
im lost for words although i very well know what im feeling. Its like a facade. I'll end here.Labels: facade
